TRUST = Confident Hope!

"Trust in the LORD with all your heart, And lean not on our own understanding;

In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths." Proverbs 3: 5 & 6

To lean on our own understanding is to trust in what we know and what we see in front of us.  And right now what we see looks pretty uncertain.  God does not want us to focus on the chaos that surrounds us, but on Him and His love.  We must call out to Him, bring Him into our calamity, He will direct our path and lead us to safety ~ if only we trust.

Imagine

"Many, O LORD my God, are Your wonderful works

Which you have done; And Your thoughts toward us

Cannot be recounted to You in order; If I would declare

and speak of them, They are more than can be numbered." 

Ps 40:5

Imagine...the Creator of the Universe is thinking about you right now! And guess what...He is so in love with you!
